GENERAL TERMS
2.1 Discobooking.Party (“We”, “Us”) operates as a ticketing service provider and digital marketing operator, facilitating the sale of tickets and related products or services on behalf of various entities including but not limited to venues like discoteques, restaturants, clubs, pubs, outdoor locations as well as Companies of artists, agents, producers, promoters, record labels, teams, (collectively referred to as “Discobooking Partners”). The Discobooking Partners can be responsible for organizing the events and providing the tickets and associated products or services that we offer for sale.
2.2 Our role is to promote and sell tickets in accordance with the instructions, methods, and timelines specified by the Discobooking Partners. The quantity and type of tickets available are determined exclusively by the Discobooking Partners.
2.3 For certain types of events, Discobooking Partners authorized us to combine multiple events and/or entrances in single bundles, creating Subscriptions or Abbonaments that are sold as unique product to single customers.
2.5 In these Terms, any products and/or services offered for sale by us, including but not limited to tickets, Platinum Tickets, Packages, and Upsells, are referred to as “Items”. Any reference to a ticket includes a Platinum Ticket, where applicable.
2.6. To purchase Item(s) from us, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid credit/debit card issued in your name.
AGREEMENT
3.1 The procurement of any product from Discobooking.Party is contingent upon: (i) the adherence to this Purchase Policy “Terms of Service”; (ii) any specific terms and conditions that may be displayed on our website, which must be reviewed and explicitly agreed upon by you; and (iii) the terms and conditions of our Discobooking Partners, which will be disclosed to you and must be reviewed and explicitly agreed upon by you prior to submitting your purchase order. The terms and conditions of the venue may also be accessible at the venue itself.
3.2 Each order placed on discobooking.party signifies the formation of a purchase contract in English or other languages. By selecting the purchase button, you are submitting a legally binding order for the items in your cart. Upon receipt of your order, we will dispatch an order confirmation email to you. The purchase contract is deemed to be formed upon your receipt of the order confirmation email, which will contain (either directly or via a specific link) a copy of this purchase policy and the primary information pertaining to the item purchased. In the event that you do not receive the order confirmation email, the corresponding order will be deemed as rejected and void.
The order confirmation email, which links to these purchase policies, serves as confirmation that the purchase agreement has been formed.
3.3 You agree to refrain from acquiring or attempting to acquire any items through unauthorized use of any automated device or any other illegal or unauthorized activity. We retain the right to cancel any transaction which we reasonably suspect to have been made in violation of these provisions without any notice to you, and any and all items purchased as part of such transaction will be considered void.
3.4 We reserve the right to cancel bookings which we reasonably suspect to have been made fraudulently.
3.5 Upon conducting transactions on Discobooking.Party, you may be subject to a service fee per item and a non-refundable delivery fee per order. These charges will be clearly indicated on the final checkout page of the website.
3.6 In the event of any discrepancies in the pricing of any item on our website, we strive to rectify the error promptly. If we identify a pricing error for an item you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will then have the option to either confirm your order at the corrected price, in which case your account will be credited or debited accordingly using the same payment method you initially used, or you may choose to cancel your order. In the event that we are unable to establish contact with you within three days from the time we discovered the pricing error, we reserve the right to consider the order as cancelled. We will provide you with a written confirmation of the cancellation. If you opt to cancel your order after payment has been made at the incorrect price, we will issue a full refund using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase. This refund will be processed in accordance with Discobooking.Party’s refund policy.
Scope of Service Discobooking.Party provides an online platform for booking and purchasing tickets for various events. We act as an intermediary between the event organizers and customers, and we are not responsible for the organization or quality of the events listed.
Registration and User Accounts To access certain features of our website, you may need to register and create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Purchasing Tickets When you purchase a ticket through Discobooking.Party, you are entering into a binding contract with the event organizer. The contract becomes effective once the payment is processed and the booking confirmation is sent to your email.
Ticket Delivery Tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during the booking process. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address is correct and the email can be safely received.
Ticket Resale Tickets purchased through Discobooking.Party are intended for personal use and may not be resold without the express permission of the event organizer. Any attempt to resell tickets without permission may result in the cancellation of the tickets.
Event Changes or Cancellations Event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the events or to cancel them. In the event of a cancellation or significant change, we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details provided during the booking process.
Refunds and Exchanges All ticket sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of event cancellations or significant changes made by the event organizer.
Data Protection We are committed to protecting your personal data. All personal data provided during the registration and booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability Discobooking.Party is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage incurred in connection with our website, including, without limitation, any liability for loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other loss or damage of any kind.
Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
